17th International Cornea & Contact Lens Congress

Dear Colleagues,

What a learning smorgasbord we have planned for you in 2019!

In addition to the usual state meetings, we are well into the thick of it organising our 17th  International Cornea and Contact Lens Congress, 2019.

We have an awe-inspiring line up of some of the best minds in the cornea and contact lens field that we are bringing over from the USA, Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific region to share their ground breaking clinical and research work. As always, the focus is on what practical elements and skills we can help practitioners bring back to their practices in the leading biennial cornea and contact lens education  event in the Southern Hemisphere.

We have some exciting never-seen-before-in-Australia-leading speakers in the scleral space sharing their ground-breaking technology and clinical techniques, as well as all our regular Aussie & Kiwi faces that you have come to know and love. They’ll be sharing new insights in dry eye, orthokeratology and corneal ectasia clinical management. ICCLC 2019 will be the conference that can’t be missed.

I can’t wait to share our awe-inspiring buffet of speakers, lectures and workshops to feast on when we meet across the weekend of October 11-13th 2019. And in the usual Cornea and Contact Lens Society style, learning is a lot more enjoyable when it’s fun! We’ve locked in the popular, gloriously beachy, Peppers Noosa Conference Centre as our exclusive location, nestled in the serenity of Noosa National Park, but surprisingly easy to get to. When you see what it has to offer, you’ll be as convinced as we are that it’s the right choice for the right balance of education and advanced learning peppered with fun, which is the CCLSA way!

Save the date, the weekend of October 11-13th 2019.

We look forward to seeing you there and can’t wait to share more with you, so stay tuned!

Best regards,

Margaret Lam
